About the room

Hey there, I’m posting my room for rent in The Village at Irvine Spectrum. It’s an oversized master bedroom with on-suite bathroom in a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. You would be putting your name on the lease (about 9 months left) to move in and would share the unit with a 30 year old engineer that works 3 days a week remotely. He is an awesome Roommate and I’m sad to go but I moved across the community (I love it here) with my girlfriend so the room is vacant for now. I lived there with an energetic 60 pound ESA husky and my Roomate loved him. He is open to other dogs or cats as he loves animals and liked having mine home when he was working. The complex has access to 4 pools, like 6 hot tubs, two tennis courts, a basketball court and a dog park as well as multiple gyms. Oh and a Starbucks, salon and little grocery store/market! It’s also only 5 minutes WALKING to the spectrum. I won’t say much more as I’m sure if you’re reading this you know about the spectrum. But it’s a fun place to live. The room itself is 11x16’ so it’s one of the larger ones you’ll find here in The Village. It faces Pacifica so there is car noise if that bothers you, but it didn’t bother me and we actually preferred that because of the cool view. Instead of facing other apartments you face no other people and you can see a high rise from the window. The room is more expensive than your roommates as it is a huge master. The cost is 1770 a month plus utilities (about 100ish). There is a fee if you have pets but if your pet is an emotional support animal like mine, the company does not charge you. The room is empty and immediately available, but I’m willing to leave it empty until I find a good fit for my old Roommate (still a good friend). I am not looking to hold the room though, as it is empty. If you move in before 6/1, we can discuss a prorated or reduced first month. All my stuff is gone and the Roomate is okay with getting rid of the current furniture if you want to bring your own. We kind of threw stuff together as we both moved from out of the area and aren’t attached to anything there. Come by and see it anytime, or ask for a video if you want it.

About the roomies

The roomate is 30, an engineer and overall a really laid-back guy. Respectable and has great communication skills.
