The front house on the property is occupied by a multigenerational family of 6 people (grandparents, parents, and 2 kids) and a dog. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with pride of ownership several blocks from public transportation/grocery stores/restaurants/library/farmer’s market. It has a walk score of 88/100 and is very bikeable. There are storage spaces on the property for rent to store your additional belongings.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind. No loud parties that takes up a bunch of parking or bother the neighbors. We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and quiet roommate to occupy our property.

We are a multigenerational family of 6 and we live in the main house separate from this MIL. We have a friendly dog that comes into the yard and play sometimes. Our little children enjoys to be outside and you might see them from time to time. We are quiet but social people and will invite you to backyard picnics sometimes when the grandparents are feeling well. We mainly keep to ourselves and usually do not bother you unless it’s to inspect the property (which you’ll be given advanced notice).
