We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Eaves Apartments in San Marcos. It’s a master bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom connected. The master bedroom is big enough to fit 2 full sized beds. The apartment is complete renovated with white cabinets, wood plank flooring in living areas and bathrooms with carpet in each bedroom. The apartment has central AC as well as in unit washer / dryer! The apartment is located off Nordahl Rd near Costco, Walmart, Starbucks, etc.

We are looking for either 1 girl (rent: $1495 a month + utilities) to live in the master bedroom. Or 2 girls (rent: 747.50 a month + utilities) to share the master bedroom. Security deposit is $500 all together, so for 1 person it would be $167 or for 2 it would be $125 each! We are both 20 years old and students who work jobs. We are looking for someone who’s around our age and has similar interests!
