1 furnished bedroom in a nice vintage house in an exclusive area, beautiful and safe, blocks to the water, near Alki beach/north admiral is available. Rent includes utilities. My place has two bathrooms and both bathrooms are shared with my other two house mates. The loft bedroom is directly across from the master bath. I have cats and a friendly dog so people who are allergic would have a hard time here, though I keep the house pretty clean. Security deposit and first and last months’ rent is needed to move in. Month to month lease, but preferably this would be longer term. Street parking is pretty decent here. Safe neighborhood great for walking. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, close to the water, alki beach, the water taxi. Located within walking distance to bus lines to downtown Seattle and other bus lines. Rent includes private bedroom, heat, electricity, internet, water/trash/sewer. No more pets as I already have enough lol.

Brianne is great she is an accountant and super nice she’s been here for a few months. Nate works at Amazon he’s cool too he’s rarely around
