Looking for someone to join me in a bright and cozy home in Rosemont! The available room is partially furnished, comes with a queen bed which fits the room comfortably, and has great natural light. Shared areas include an updated kitchen, comfy living rooms, clean bathroom, and a cute backyard/patio – perfect for morning coffee or evening hangs.

The home is clean, peaceful, and ideally located near highway 50 and 10 minutes away from midtown. Plenty of street parking, quiet neighbors, and a chill vibe overall.

While we cannot have any additional furry friends in the house there is a tuxedo cat Drax – he’s small, sassy, and mostly just naps in sunbeams, and Pig a big kitten who loves to play and cuddle. Both are mamas’ boys and will stay out of any private space if they aren’t wanted.

Ideal roommate is friendly, clean, and respectful, no drama, and down for a relaxed living situation. Room will be available mid-September and will require first and last month’s rent as well as the security deposit. We look forward to meeting you!

Hi! I’m Heather – 25, chill, clean, and currently running a mobile bartending biz (Liquid Charm) while working in hospitality. I’m usually out evenings and weekends, so the place is pretty quiet when I’m home. I love cooking, vibing to music, and hanging with my cat Drax (he’s small, dramatic, and thinks he owns the place). I keep shared spaces tidy and respect privacy, but I’m always down for the occasional wine night or roommate rant session. Looking for someone laid-back, clean, and responsible. The other roommate is a quiet pre k teacher who loves a girl’s night and quiet nights in. We are both excited to have a new addition to the house and make some fun new memories.
