I am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease on a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Rent would be $1197.50. Newly renovated (three years ago) and the second tenant since renovation. Street parking is available, free, and relatively easy to find. Mariano’s is within walking distance as well as a CVS and tons of dining options. Super close to the Chicago and Leavitt 66 stop, Western and Iowa 49 stop, and Damen and Iowa 50 stop. This would be for a late June, early July move in and the lease goes through June of 2024. The only thing you’ll need to bring is bedroom furniture! The unit is professionally managed and will require an application to be approved. Willing to pay the application fee if you decide the unit is a good fit for you.

The person that is still going to live in the apartment is a female. She is 32 years old and works from home. Super friendly and typically stays in her room a majority of the time.
