You’d have the first floor with your bedroom with a walk in closet, your own bathroom, and a spare room that could be used as an office or general bonus space.

Shared spaces are the front sunroom/entryway, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The shared spaces are furnished and bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. There is a large backyard with a detached garage that could fit a smaller car (free street parking in front of the house otherwise!) or can be used for storage.

Rent is $1500 plus utilities. The utilities (internet, electric and water) are split with me (I live in the downstairs half of the house) and run about $100-125 for your half. Security deposit would be $1500. Pets may be considered. Lease available from February to July, as the owner will be moving back from a PhD program in August.

You’d be splitting the house with me, howdy! I’m a mid 30’s former east coaster who is laid back, loves concerts, hiking, astrology, and working on my green thumb in the garden. Tidy but not a clean freak and I would enjoy living with someone also down to garden and hang out. I have been in the house about a year and a half and love the chill vibes of the house and neighborhood. I WFH two days a week, in office the other 3. I act as property manager to handle any household needs.
