About the room
Hello! Me and my sister have an emergency room to fill in an apartment in Tigard by the end of the month.
We have plans to bring in another friend of ours near the end of the year that will be fleeing from their conservative parents, so ideally we’d want someone who would be with us for roughly a year, but we can talk and work this out if needed.
The apartment is a two bedroom/two bathroom, of which my sister and I share the larger, meaning you’d have your own bathroom. Amenities include in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, and a small storage closet on the porch.
The room is 10’2 x 10, and will be $800/month, which includes utilities and wifi.
About the roomies
Our names are Olivia and Juniper. We’re two trans women in our mid twenties that mostly keep to ourselves but enjoy meeting new people and hanging out in common areas from time to time. We like video games, board games, and writing. A base level of cleanliness is important to us, but we aren’t neat freaks or anything. We’re also 420 friendly but prefer non-smokers if possible.
