Hi there! We are looking to help out our friend Cailin fill a room she has for rent. Originally my girlfriend and I were going to take the room but ended up having an emergency. APARTMENT SHARE- Looking to rent out my spare bedroom & bathroom. Utilities included. Full kitchen/living room/laundry access. Pool/gym/jacuzzi access included. $675 deposit $1350/month. Ideally looking for someone to move in this month (May) the rent for May would be prorated to $43 a day depending on when you move in since we’re already into the month of May then it would be $1350 starting June 1st.

Apartment would be shared with me (Cailin) and my bf who both work full time and keep to the room mostly, you’d need to be OK with children there on occasion. If that is a deal breaker, this isn’t the spot for you. I’m open to someone w/ kids also.

Relaxed, chill, and sweet couple who are down to earth! My girlfriend and I met them both in personal and were very friendly and kept the apartment looking amazing. They are a great couple to move in with!
