Unfurnished room located within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, schools, parks, trails, recreational facilities, and public transportation. We will add a large cabinet in your room and It will arrive by May 20th. You have access to the kitchen and one bathroom which are all shared. All utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash) are included except for the internet which will be an additional 20 dollars per month.

We have 6 people living inside the home and we are all family. No drugs or alcohol, no pets, and no partying allowed. Guests are welcome but no overnight stays please.
