If and when you see the room and like what you see, you will be filling out an application. You will have to submit your credit score, your bank statement, a job employment verification, a twenty-dollar application (as per the landlord) - You will also need to pay the first month’s security with the first’s month’s rent. This is a normal process. You should be able to understand this. If not, stop reading and good day.

Now Read This: The apartment is located in Washington Height, on 158th and Saint Nicholas Ave. We’re 15-minute’s walking distance to 145th Street A,B,C,D, train station. We’re also nearby along the #1 train.

We are walking distance to Columbia University and CUNY (if you’re a working student)

We’re looking for a serious Male roommate to move in by June, not afterwards. This room is ideal for an independent working student! The room is for a year commitment to rent.

We’re looking for a fellow New Yorker to rent the room.

We are currently three men renting a four-room apartment. Our fourth man left, leaving a room for rent. The room 9’5 x 8’3 size. The room is 9.5 x 8’3

• If you’re a woman interested in the room, you must be okay having men for roommates. We are busy with responsibilities and remain in our room a great deal of the time. -

The rules are basic. The kitchen/bathrooms are clean as you go. How you keep your room is on you though I’m sure you’re a clean person, please be that.

As for visitors, you can have them over but if they’re here for a while then we need to discuss the nature of our room mating.
