We are professionals looking to add one roommate to an upstairs room. Roommates enjoy a nice neighborhood with a lot of privacy in a large house, large yard, shared kitchen, and storage in the lower level. Non-smoking only. Looking for someone who is courteous, conscientious, polite, thoughtful, who gets along with others, and respects others space and property.

Roommates are male/female and work in Government or as Contractors. We enjoy getting out in nature hiking, traveling, day trips, reading, cooking, and relaxing with good food and music. Would like to have a roommate who enjoys some interaction with roommates, but also private time. Must keep shared areas neat and clean.
