Large house north of Phoenix, unfurnished bedroom with private bathroom, use of all common areas, washer and dryer, utilities included and wifi included. Off street parking. Two small dogs in the home already so no additional pets please.

The home is a 5 bedroom 3 bath home. I rent out two of the bedrooms. I am the homeowner, I am a 26 year old female chef, my boyfriend is a 31 year old chef we share the master. I have one other roommate, he is a 26 year old male professional who is very quiet and keeps to himself. You can be either, keep to yourself or hang out in my large backyard. You do have to have a full time job away from the house.
