Upstairs Master bedroom for rent with their own restroom connected to the room. The restroom has its own walk-in closet, bathtub, shower, and small closet for storage. The master bedroom also has a door where it is connected to the patio. On the property itself, there is a garden and some chickens in the backyard.

Family living in the house but parents are usually away for work. There is also one male highschool student living here. In the basement there is elderly grandma who has family visit occasionally (she is owner of garden and chickens) but the basement is a totally seperate suite. So no need to worry about basement activities.
