Howdy everyone! Your lease would start ~August 1, and it’s a 12-month lease. We would be cosignatories on the lease.
For $850 a month, plus (~$75) utilities (including internet), the available room is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a patio, in-unit washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The oven is gas, the unit has radiator heating, as well as an individual heater in the room that’s opening up. The room opening has its own AC, and the rest of the apartment shares a second AC unit. The patio includes patio furniture and a great grill I use probably monthly. Below are some pics! We have trash and recycling located right behind the building. One thing to note is the two bedrooms do share a window (covered on both sides, so there is privacy). Also, the unit is located in Glover Park, which is pretty close to three bus lines, 33, 31, and D2 (taking you to red lines or blue lines, but is roughly ~2 miles from Dupont station, ~2 miles from Tenleytown station, or ~2 miles from Cleveland Park station.
