South Lincoln Street

Large century old house split into two apartments in Baker, one block from neighborhood attractions. Our unit sits on the second and third floor with a balcony. The sunroom and basement (with plenty of storage, washer and dryer) are shared with the first floor tenants (a nice young couple). Plenty of yard space for gardening, and some rooftop gardening. 12 to 13 month lease, (sign on for July 1st move in, or as early as June 1st).

I am a 42 year old non-smoking, WFH professional female with two dogs (18 mo. German Shepherd, and 12 year old Maltipoo), and a bird (Pineapple Green Cheek Conure). I like to cook, bake, craft, and keep things tidy.
