Hello , I am currently looking to rent out the room in my apartment . I want to rent it to somebody like myself, I am a young mother so thats is the criteria that I am looking for . Women and children ONLY ! The room comes with everything included, bed , night stand , nice sized closet, washing and drying on the property, wifi and fully loaded kitchen . I am 4/20 friendly, work from home , the house has a 2 year old child living here so it is not the quietest or always the neatest due to children. Once again everything is included and my ideal roommate is in their 20s , with or without children, working , nice , tidey and respectful . I have no problem with company coming over , parties we can talk about . 1 adult 1 child MAX !
