Bryan's room

Recently divorced male looking for a housemate. Very close to Ft. Belvoir. Park at the end of the street. House has large backyard and a nice furnished deck. Basement is finished with “man cave,” bar, and office. Yoga room with treadmill is available. Currently own two small friendly dogs. House is fully furnished. Have cable with all premium channels and high speed internet. All these services and utilities included. Home has ADT security. Also have new kitchen appliances. House actually has one full and two half baths so there would be a shared shower but the occupant would have the sole use of the main bathroom otherwise.

It’s just me. I am divorced and live with my two small, friendly dogs. I work from home three days a week.
