I live .7 miles from the Huntington Beach pier and am looking for someone to move in by July 1st. The land lord is super chill alongside the neighbors. He does ask, who ever plans to move in signs a leasing agreement and is well qualified with great credit. If someone is ready to move in, please reach out asap
