Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom available! Brand new flooring and retiled shower. House is 3 bedrooms, with plenty of storage, two-car car port and plenty of driveway/street parking. Approx. 4 miles from UF campus. Quiet, family neighborhood. Screened-in patio/sunroom. Opportunity for room to be furnished with a queen bed and a desk. 1 indoor cat lives here with the option for 1 other cat to join us!

I work Monday-Friday 8-4:30 and I am usually a homebody on the weekends. Enjoy low-key times at breweries, wineries, etc. or happy hours at home. Looking for a roommate who is open to a friendship - we don’t have to be best friends, but I find it’s easier to live with someone I actually want to hangout with rather than just sharing a space with no common interests. I enjoy the outdoors! Love to camp when the weather allows, enjoy kayaking, swimming, and hiking.
