Welcome to Lavender Home! This is a townhome with three bedrooms and is already occupied by myself and another roommate. The third bedroom is available with a shared bathroom. There is In-unit laundry and dryer, white countertops, and open concept kitchen and living area. There is an additional half bathroom in the first floor.

The kitchen area is available to share, but please bring your own kitchen utensils & pots.

The community is calm and beautiful with no assigned parking. (There is ongoing construction in the other side of the community).

10-min drive to the airport and 25-min drive to Downtown with no traffic. The location is great, a few minutes walk or drive to Murfreesboro Pike with a bus stop. Shopping, Groceries, and Dining nearby, 5-min drive to Coffee Shops, ice skating, Authentic Tacos and more! There are two brand-new gyms around the block!!

I am flexible with the rent term duration. I can do 3, 6, 12-month agreements.

I love pets, but I am worried about their behavior. I will consider allowing some pets in a case by case basis.

No drugs, no weed, no in-house parties, no guns. Please don’t bring random people over. Sub-renting is not allowed, and only the people who sign the rent agreement are allowed to live in the room. Please understand that this is for safety reasons.

I was a former Resident Assistant in college so I have professional experience running things in a shared living space. We will setup a roomate agreement and discuss healthy boundaries to ensure a peaceful and amicable living experience.

I am a working professional in the renewable energy industry and I work from home three days a week, and in the office the other two. I am not a party gal, but I do love dancing, going out for hikes, trying new foods, and hanging out with my friends. I am a vegetarian and love k-pop and k-dramas. I am super fun when it comes to friendships, but serious and responsible when it comes to business.
