We have a really large fully remodeled house with a pool in Granada Hills. We have a very large room to rent with lots of closet space and custom windows with lots of natural light. You would have access to the entire house including pool, kitchen, and laundry. Off street parking available, you can park in the driveway. The grounds include lots of fruit trees and plants for relaxing times spent on one of the three patio areas. It’s really a house to share rather than a room for rent. I live with my partner and a dog so must be gay friendly and like dogs. $1150 a month and all utilities are included. Wifi also included. The room can be either furnished or unfurnished. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate who is really nice and clean. This is really a great place to chill and you will find that the area is really a safe place. We live in an area called old granada Hills and there are 350 customer built large homes here.
