I live in a fairly quiet apartment community that is west of I-5 in Carlsbad. It’s a five minute walk to the village and is very easy to get to the ocean/beach! We have a back patio and laundry facilities on the property. There’s a designated parking spot and the management company is very responsive to our maintenance needs. You would be taking my bedroom and share a bathroom with my current roommate. The current lease is until March 1, so at that time if you and my current roommate are happy you’d sign a new lease or if one of you wants to move out you’d find a new roommate to move in. There is a pet deposit fee if you have an animal and we’d need to make sure it’s a good fit with my current roommate. Utilities usually come out to ~$20/person a month + ~$30 for electricity and $35 for internet. Please reach out if you have any questions! I’m the person moving out so you’ll live with my roommate Lauren. We’re both early 30s females that work out of the house. She has a crazy schedule working two jobs and is up early. We’re past our partier phase but don’t mind a drink here and there. Currently there’s room for a couch to be moved in but otherwise the rest of the apartment is furnished. There’s some storage for extra items and the bedroom will be empty (unless you want a full size bed).
