Just minutes to Dulles Airport, Wiehle-Reston Metro, and the corporate locations all along the Toll Road. Plenty of additional storage for bikes, seasonal items etc. Off-street driveway parking spot. Pre-wired for outside electric car charger hookup.

Looking for a responsible professional with full time employment (but not fully remote) to share a single family home. I am open to the right person of any age.

No smoking, vaping, or drugs. Dogs considered based on temperament and training. Couples/ extra person will be considered on a per-case basis (additional cost may apply). Must be clean, quiet and respectful. If you prefer to bring your own bedroom furniture, that can be arranged. Bunk beds pictured in 2nd room will no longer be there, but another set could go in, or a desk and/or small sofa.

I am the owner and will be the only other roommate. This is my home too, not an investment property, so I care that things are well maintained. I am a professional that works from my home office 2 days per week. I am easy going, quiet, and respectful, but very sociable. I keep my home neat, clean, and welcoming.
