Holmes Run Parkway

A large, sunny, unfurnished private room (15 x 11 ft.) is available for one occupant in a high-rise condo with a balcony. The unit has a shared washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, and balcony. All utilities included.

The building has a 24-hour front desk attendant and package room. Also, it has access to an optional garage parking space (for an additional $50 per month), gym, sauna, tennis courts, grilling area, and pool.

I am a 37-year-old professional male working from home that is quiet, clean, and respectful. A small dog comes over a couple of days a week. No additional pets.

The location is near I-395 next to Holmes Run Trail which runs to Old Town Alexandria. A 15-minute walk or short drive gets you to Harris Teeter, ALDI, Chipotle, CAVA, and other shops. There are bus stops next to the building.
