Erin's room

Looking for a roommate to occupy the spare bedroom in my Luther Forest townhouse. Malta is close to everything and the neighborhood is right off the exit. Private room with large closet. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and large fenced in backyard. The room currently has a twin bed and a desk but I have no attachment to either so they can be removed if unwanted.

I bought the house about a year ago and am looking for someone to occupy the spare room. I work in an office Monday-Friday 9-5. I am very active and not home a whole lot. I enjoy being outside as much as possible. I have a (large) puppy who is very sweet and has lots of puppy energy but he’s the greatest.
