I’m looking for a female roommate to fill the second bedroom of this gorgeous 2 bed 1 bath apartment in a 1910s house in Poncey Highlands. Walking distance to PCM, Beltline and the Clermont Hotel. Great size bedroom with the larger closet of the 2 rooms. Amazing living space with tons of character and very tall ceilings, and bonus, a large sunroom! The $950 is with utilities included. Private landlord who is very sweet and really cares about the property.

I’m 30 years old and work as an event floral designer. I have 2 very mellow cats Ashton and Theo, so no more pets are allowed per the lease agreement. I’m looking for a roommate that is close to my age and someone who does not work from home at least full time. I’m a creative and outgoing person. I love to cook especially for others, I try to get to the farmers market every Saturday, go for weekly walks on the beltline, work on some creative projects like drawing, painting and especially sewing and I’m addicted to thrifting. I’ve just moved to this apartment and I’m in the process of decorating/furnishing it but would love to collaborate with my future roommate.
