House is beautiful! Neighborhood is family oriented. Close from I-10 , hwy 99 and hwy6! Many stores and food areas around it. There is a house keeper that comes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas of the house. Garden is taken care every 2 weeks as well. Very High speed internet. Back ground check is required before moving in.

I am Luis. I’m dental hygienist. I dont live at the house. Im very easy going and i am very emphatic with life situation. I live 15 min from the house so i respond fairly quickly if any emergency comes up.

Main thing i ask tenants is to make sure to clean after themselves, be respectful with others and keep your same space for the parking spot. (There is enough space for everyone)
