About the room
Single room for rent. You have your own bathroom but it only Becomes shared when we have guests over. You are able to park in the driveway. No garage parking. Street parking available as well. We do have two dogs and 4 cats but they have their own room/ catio so are not in the common areas.
About the roomies
Roomate 1: US Air Force reserve full time mechanic. Roomate 2: self employed on Etsy. Both laid back and don’t care a whole lot about roommates or their past time activities, we just ask that you be respectful of our space. We have firearms in the residence but they are always locked up.
