No more pets, ( 1 cat already) Laundry in home. Ac/heater 2 Livingrooms High speed Wi-Fi I’m looking for a responsible person preferably full-time student or full-time employees or military. first and last month to move in. There’s plenty of street parking. In a nice area in bonita. In a prime location. 15 minutes to sdsu, to the nearest beach, mins 32nd street naval base and hillcrest, 10 minutes to SDCCD and the 4 mins to the nearest mall , 18 minutes to downtown sd, minutes to the freeways

We are pretty chill roommates :) 2 females and 1 male(for now, he is moving soon) We are pretty laid back sometimes we do movie nights, or bonfires together but u don’t have to join if u don’t want to. We are considerate, quite and clean and hope to find someone the same. We are also not 420 friendly unfortunately. There’s also a smaller room(the male’s) opening up for 1,150 in sept1
