Private room in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood near the State Farm Stadium. Grocery stores are less than a mile away. Westgate and P83 are within a 10 minute drive. Lots of good food and shows in your backyard! Plenty of off-street parking!

Rent includes all utilities! You will have access to a brand new Maytag washer and dryer. The house has Verizon internet that has decent speeds and there is WiFi throughout the house. The room is about 11ft by 8ft and is currently unfurnished. It can be furnished upon request for an extra $100 a month in rent. The room will have it’s own key. The roomie will be issued three keys: one for the exterior doors, your room door, and the mailbox. The owner has a master key that works on all rooms. There is a giant shed in the backyard where you can store outdoor gear or a bicycle. The house has two bathrooms that all roomies will share with some conditions.

Hi, I’m Juan the owner of the house. I’m a 38 year old male electrical engineer. I work from home most days and looking to make more improvements to the house. There is one other roommate in the house occupying a bedroom. She is a 26 year old certified nursing assistant pursuing an advanced nursing degree. We are both responsible and career orientated with an active and healthy lifestyle. We like hiking, camping, pickle ball, bicycle riding, lake days, and gardening! We started a garden in the backyard and we plan to grow food for consumption. We are looking for a roomie who we get along with and enjoys the same activities.
