Welcome to our cozy home! We are offering a single bedroom and bathroom in our house for rent, perfect for someone who wants a comfortable and peaceful living environment.

The bedroom has a spacious closet, a small balcony, and a large window that provides plenty of natural light. The bathroom is right across the hall to the bedroom and will be your private space to use. The rest of the house is shared, including the living room, kitchen, and backyard.

Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a few minutes’ drive from old town, the poudre river, and mountain trails.

As roommates, we are respectful of each other’s space and privacy but also enjoy socializing and hanging out together when we have the chance. We are both clean and organized individuals and expect the same from our potential roommate.

The rent for the room is $850 per month, including all utilities and high-speed internet. We require a month’s rent security deposit and a minimum of 12 months lease. We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and able to pay rent on time.
