Briarwood Drive

I am renting out an unfurnished room in my 2 bedroom apartment for $700/month with heat, hot water and parking included. It is located in Biddeford near downtown and other amentities. I prefer my roommate to be a male who is a working professional.

I am a 25 year old mail handler who works third shift 40+ hours a week. I am not home very often and when I am I am mostly sleeping. My expectations are not so much so long as my roommate will respect my place and pay rent in a timely manner.
