It’s a pretty central location in South Minneapolis - One block off Lake Street and Mercado Central, one block from the Greenway, and a few blocks from Midtown Global Market.

The space: you would have two rooms in the basement. Right now I use it as a little living room and a bedroom and sort of a separate apartment almost. The other bedroom (where I’ll be) is on the ground floor. The landlord lives in a separate unit on the second floor. Our shared spaces include a pantry, kitchen, ground floor living room, the bathroom, and the laundry/storage area in the basement

Rent: $670/month + split utilities (this is with a 12-month lease, month-to-month is an option but more expensive)

Your housemate: Me, Joel - I know at least 2 different knots and in 5th grade made an epic basketball shot. So yeah, I’m pretty cool. But for real, I do nonprofit community development work in the Phillips neighborhood. I’m pretty chill and quiet, read a lot, play ukulele, and have occasional board game parties but nothing more than that. I like to keep my home clean, quiet, and comfortable.
