I am looking for a student or working professional that is a non-smoker. You must be free of any illegal drugs, abuse, or addiction. No political extremists.

You will share the house with myself, (male, age 56), partner (female, age 45), my teenage son, (age 16), & 2 cats. You will have exclusive access to bathroom. Shared use of kitchen & laundry facilities. No cable but access to WIFI for streaming services. Must keep shared space clean and decluttered (but not OCD about it).
