Melinda's room

The room will be available November 1, 2023. Beautifully furnished room in Arroyo Grande, CA off Callender Road. The room has an adjacent private bathroom; tons of cabinet space and a personal closet. Access to the large kitchen and outdoor patio. We are within driving distance of 5 hospitals, 3 colleges, and PG&E. Close to local beaches, hiking, parks, and camping, all the things to enjoy on the Central Coast.

The room will be available on November 1, 2023. My spouse and I are very easy-going people who enjoy the best of things that the Central Coast has to offer. We are locals who grew up in the area and we love our community. We enjoy camping, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and hanging on the beach. We also love our local breweries, wineries, and live music.
