One room is very large and has a built in armoire and a private entrance from the backyard as well as direct access to the down stairs bathroom. The monthly rent on this room is $700 per month. The second room is also very large with a closet and huge windows. This room has new flooring and will be $650 per month. Tenant of each room share the bathroom with two others. Utilities run anywhere from $65/month in the summer to max $150/month int the winter. Sorry, no pets.
