CONVENIENT LOCATION: This home is in a great neighborhood, is quiet and the house is very clean. Our streets are well-lit compared to others. It’s located in close proximity to the 8 freeway, Walmart Superstore, local hospital and emergency room, Yuma airport, and the marine base. We’re 15 min. from Yuma Regional Hospital. There’s a water softener so it’s gentler and less drying on the skin. The back yard is gated, spacious, and seating is available.

PRIVACY: We value our guests’ privacy more than anything. Each room has its private entry with security code for entry the room. No one else has access during your stay. You’ll also have a small safe box to store valuables if you’d like to use. We have room darkening blinds, plus room darkening curtains for a restful sleep.

ROOMS: Utilities and Wi-fi are included. Each room includes a full-sized bed, linens, nightstands, dressers, and complimentary starter toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, we provide room-darkening blinds and blackout curtains to promote a peaceful night’s sleep.

COURTESY HOUSE GUIDELINES: We have implemented house guidelines to ensure that all guests have a wonderful experience. These guidelines clearly outline our expectations to create a harmonious and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

KICHEN & DEDICATED WORKSPACE: Kitchen is also fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware and a few other fun things to enjoy- Keurig-Duo, Instant pot and Air Fryer. There’s also a dedicated workspace with access to the computer.

2ND REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER: We’ve added a convenient second refrigerator/freezer in the garage-perfect for stocking up on groceries & leftovers, allowing you to minimize trips to the store.

WASHER/DRYER: Offers the convenience of doing laundry while your home, saving you time and energy.

HOUSEKEEPING: Enjoy the convenience of monthly housekeeping for the common areas, ensuring a clean and inviting environment throughout your stay. No charge to you.
