Room is clean with hard wood floors and a ceiling fan. Room has a window and access to a shared bathroom with bathtub/shower. The home has a garage and extra parking street side in a quiet neighborhood not far from campus. Direct access to HWY 9 and shopping. The home has a spacious and beautiful living area, dining room, and kitchen. The home has a large back yard and central heat & air. Fiber internet and bills paid. In ground storm shelter in the garage for the scary season.

I am quiet, courteous, and friendly. I do not smoke or do drugs. I am clean and keep the home tidy but not freakishly so. What’s yours is yours and I largely keep to myself but don’t mind socializing.
