Kathy's room

I am considering renting out a room in the house I am renting. It is a standard room with a small closet. Nothing special or unique lol. Just a normal room. Parking can fit two cars when parked right or on street parking. I keep mine in the driveway as its still being paid on. The area is quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. The house is a 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom. Nice size backyard.

Room comes with all bills included - Wifi, electric, gas, water, lawn care, security, household items (laundry soap, toilet paper etc).

The house is not far from the mall and other shopping areas.

Shared task would include: dishes, taking out the trash and the trash can down on trash days, and basic house cleaning stuff.

Due to already having pets in the home, i can not take anymore.

I am Kat, the one renting out the room. I have a dog, a bunny and 3 geckos. I am a graphic designer and marketer for 3 companies. I co own a photography business and own a design one. Im very ambitious and out going. Im pretty chill and easy to get along with. My roommate (bedroom 2) is Kai. Hes very introvert and keeps to himself. Sometimes gone for long periods of time. You will find him home most the time when hes not gone. Maverick (the dog) The sweetest boy. He loves to play in the backyard. Not the usual cuddle bug but he will chill with you if you let him. Sometimes doesn’t understand personal space and gets curious about your face. lol
