217th Street

Currently looking for one more roommate to fill the third room in a beautiful house in Bayside, Queens that’s 3 beds, 2 bath. (2 out of 3 rooms are currently filled by myself and another student). The rent gets split by 3, comes out to about $950 a month. Landlord pays for water, the rest of utilities are left to the tenants! Washer/dryer in unit. It’s a safe residential area with access to much transportation, tons of restaurants, parks, and JFK/LGA 15-20 minutes away. 1 year lease would start July 1st of this year.

My other roommate and I are graduate students part of Stony Brook University’s school of medicine. The other girl who will become my roommate has lived in this house for the past year with no problems, and I will now be joining, as our clinical rotations will be done in Queens. We will both spend much of each day gone doing clinicals, and then long hours studying at night. We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean and mindful of the hours in which noise is made! (we will get up early and stay up late studying).
