Hello! The apartment is in a quiet and nice area in West Davis, close to a stop for the K and D lines, meaning you have rides to both Davis terminals. There’s only one parking spot for the apartment specifically but plenty of street parking. Apartment is about $1100 not including bills for one person, or about $550 for two. Electric and internet bills usually bring things to about $600 per month if the room is shared! Water is included in this number but is listed as $55 for 4 people on our lease. Not included is gas/electric which can vary but we try to keep it under $100 unless it’s summer. The complex does provide internet but we also have our own which is about $45/month total.

Your roommates would be me (Rebecca) and my boyfriend. I will be graduating this fall and he graduated in 2020! We’re both pretty relaxed, out pretty frequently, and not obsessed about cleanliness but not super messy either. We’re both really open to communication and happy to negotiate and compromise on housing standards too, we try not to hold anyone above our own standards and understand that people get busy!
