Besides the huge closet in your bedroom you will have a storage area at the entrance of apartment. By regulations of the HOA you have to fill an application with a fee of $125. Some board regulations will need to be discussed if you decide to rent. Screening and background check with be conducted by Rescom Management. Contract will be given to you upon approval from Rescom Mgt. You will love your stay here. Renewable yearly rental.
