Parking may be available in driveway, if not, plenty of street parking and additional spot available behind the house.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with only one other tenant. (Male) The room available for rent is pictured in the last few photos of the listing. The bedroom may come furnished with full bed and futon or empty depending on your preference. NO PETS. (With the exception of short visits if needed) MINIMUM lease til February 1st, 2024

This house is mainly occupied by busy individuals around the age of late 20’s/30’s who are not home in the day time for the most part. House is quiet at night. Neighborhood details Near restaurants and coffee shops Metro red line if you use public transportation. Short car ride to Griffith park. Nearby grocery stores include: Albertsons, Trader Joe’s & Gelsons.

Rental will be managed by a company called “Bungalow Living” in which they’ll need to run your background and have proof of income which is required to be at or around 3x monthly rent price.

Rent for the room will be $1,070 a month. Plus 150$ monthly service fee which covers Wi-Fi, pool maintenance, gardening, trash. Your division of utilities are to be paid every other month.

5 housemates total not including you. 3 male & 2 female. Everyone one is nice and keeps to themselves although some socializing in the common areas does happen from time to time. All in mid 20’s working full time during the day so the house is mainly quiet. Everyone communicates and helps each other out if needed.
