2 private bedrooms and a bath plus separate game room/living area available if needed. Located in The Colony community. Nice backyard, community pool, and walking/hiking area. Close to all shopping areas including walmart, home depot, and cvs.

My parents in the early 60’s live in the house and are usually not in the house as much. They do cook often but kitchen can be shared. The house has more space than they need. Would love to have students or couples who are respectful.
