You will have your own bedroom and walk in closet that is a nice size, and a spacious bathroom that can easily accommodate 2 people. It is an ensuite format so you will have a private hallway connecting the 2 together by sliding barn doors. We recently redecorated our living room and it is a fun place to be.

The condo is 1,064 sq feet and is close to exit 6 of 400, Roswell road, and not far from 285. The house is kept clean, and we don’t have visitors over often. We respect quiet hours so you won’t have to worry about a ton of noise when you are trying to go to sleep to get ready for work in the morning. We will be accommodating of your needs and schedule. Our complex also has a gym, pool, and dog park. A 5 mile public walking trail is opening next year that will be connected to the complex. We also have a clubhouse that can be rented out for large parties.

Rent is $680 per month, and 1/3 of the internet and power bill which is typically under $50 together depending on how much electricity you use.

My name is Patrick and I share a room with my fiance Cliff, and our miniature golden doodle Asher. We are very cool, friendly people. We work 9-5 Monday-Friday from home, go to the gym most days, and go out to hang with friends on weekends. Asher is well behaved, potty trained, and has a bark collar on at all times so he doesn’t bark.
