1 room for rent in Ontario CA (one tenant per room). Renter to share entire house with owner/roommate, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Renter must have professional job and extremely responsible adult.

Person must be quiet, respectful, very clean. Street/Overnight Parking available. House close to 10 and 60 fwy’s.

1st and last month required. Rent $1150 monthly lease, nonnegotiable. Includes half of utilities, electric, internet, gas, water and trash. Furniture not included. Contact me for more information.
