Shared House w/ 1 occupant.

Hello, I have a Private Bedroom with shared shower (only the shower is shared) in a 2-BR house with Utilities; Electric, Water, AC & high-speed Internet included. The house is located in a quiet, secured neighborhood 15-20 mins from Costco, Waikiki, 6 mins from the airport, 4 min from Safeway, Target, a shopping center and host of restaurants. House has Central Air Conditioning and shared areas are fully furnished with washer and dryer inside. Kitchen also has new appliances and a dishwasher.

1/2 Bath downstairs is yours and only the shower upstairs is shared (2 separate toilets and 3 sinks). I deep clean bi-weekly to ensure things remain sanitary & hygienic. I’m fairly minimalistic and like to keep my surroundings clean so I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset.

NOTE: EVERYTHING inside the room is LIKE-NEW (3 months of use), which include a mattress, mattress cover (new), bed frame, memory foam pillows (new), nightstand, lamp, mechanical desk, desk chair, wall shelves, curtains/rods, wall decors. There’s a closet inside the room and a huge walk-in closet beside it if it’s needed. Room is 13’x12’ with a queen size bed.

Driveway and plenty of street parking is available in a secured environment.

Hi, My name is Anthony and I’m 30 years old. I’m currently serving in the Air Force and I’ve been stationed here in HI for the past 13 months. I work full-time so I usually spend upwards of 9-12 hours at work between my job and working out. Most weekends I’m usually either hiking, at the beach, doing videography, roller skating etc. I’m super laidback and easy to get along with and I love to cook. Home is really the only place I can re-energize, so I’m big on things not being too chaotic.
