We have a very Nice Big Master Bedrooms 12x13 in a very nice neighborhood 5 minute walk to MIIS, and DLI and Downtown Monterey. Share a large dining room and kitchen, plus laundry facilities with other students. Bedroom can be furnished with 1, 2 or 3 beds, desk, chair, etc. as needed. Room is large enough to be easily shared by two people, or you could have a nice room all to yourself. Utilities are included internet and cable, kitchen and free laundry. It is a big house with 7 bedrooms, and everyone is really nice. Students, couples, and everyone works to keep a nice house.
