Anything you could need. 15 minutes to downtown, red rocks. Close to the mountains for skiing. Close to the airport. This is an awesome central location! I love it! I rent this house from a private owner through a property management company. You will have to go through their application process prior to move in.. credit and background check.

I am an almost 30 year old female, ICU nurse. I have a 3 year old dog, Stella. She’s very mellow and loves sunbathing on the porch. I’m pretty laid back, I like to keep a tidy house, but am not a neat freak. I love paddle boarding, boating, skiing, hiking, hanging out with Stella, going to the race track, and of course the occasional lazy day. Being a nurse, I only work 3 days a week, so I have a lot of flexibility and take frequent long weekends. I love cooking dinner and enjoying a glass of wine. I like to go out and very seldom bring the party back home.. only with the okay of my roommate. I’m looking for a like minded individual that would like to enjoy dinners together occasionally and a glass of wine.
